Purchasing Policies
Product Details
We aim to accurately display product images, descriptions and pricing; however, they may differ from the actual product. We are not liable for such inaccuracies. Product packaging and materials may contain additional details.
Pricing
Prices listed are in GBP and include VAT for UK orders. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on delivery address. Other duties and taxes may apply for international shipping. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Availability
Inventory is limited. We strive to maintain accurate availability info, but cannot guarantee an order will be fulfilled if inventory ran out in the interim. Out of stock merchandise cannot be purchased. We are not liable for any losses related to inventory inaccuracies.
Gift Cards
Gift cards do not expire and have no fees. They are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Returns
Most unworn, unwashed merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, beauty items, and sale merchandise are final sale. See our Returns Policy for details.
Payment
All transactions are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways that securely handle your financial information. We do not directly collect or store full payment details. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method to fulfill your orders.
You agree to pay all charges incurred to purchase products, including taxes, shipping costs, and any cross-border fees or import duties. We reserve the right to suspend or prohibit purchasing privileges if we suspect fraudulent activity.
User Accounts
Registering an account allows you to conveniently store payment methods, view order history, manage addresses, and access other features. You agree to provide true and accurate account information. Sharing accounts or login credentials with others is prohibited.

While we aim to maintain our Services, we do not guarantee continuous availability or that they will operate error-free. Scheduled downtime, unavailability caused by factors beyond our control, or outages during updates and maintenance will occur periodically.
All products and content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim any statutory or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We make no guarantees related to delivery dates. Shipping dates on orders are estimates and delays may occur. We are not liable for direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages related to use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability so this provision may not fully apply.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Et Vous® from all liabilities, claims, suits, or demands arising from your use of the Services that violates these Terms. We reserve the right to take exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification at our own expense.
Limitations of Liability
Our maximum liability to you from any damages related to these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Et Vous® in the 12 months before the liability arose or (b) £100.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration instead of in court. The Federal Arbitration Act and laws of the United Kingdom govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate.
You waive any ability to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the unenforceable provision shall be severed, and the remaining arbitration terms shall be enforced.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regards to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of and venue in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically by posting an updated version and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we may notify you via email or by posting prominent notice on the Services.
